I would put the kids first. your sister may get hurt but do whats best for the kids. If she is on drugs and if she around the kids whats to say she couldn't hurt them really bad or even kill them. By what you are saying the kids are like when people get them it sounds like neglect

I would get in touch with the father and let him know whats happening. If this is not going to get anywhere it is time to call childrens services. Sister or not these children need an adult to step in and take care of them. If something was to happen to them in her care because you did nothing could you forgive yourself

if you love your nieces and Nephews call CPS right away because they are being abused and that isn't right, your sister is a B*tch and a horrible mother, who cares about her, whats important is those kids and you need to get them the hell out of there before they end up in the hospital, on drugs or dead.

The kids come first. Your sister needs to get a clue as to who is supposed to be important. How would you feel if something really bad happened to the kids. It is up to You and the family to first let her know to do better or else. Let the Kids know they are supposed to let the guidance consular know if something is wrong at home if they are not allowed to contact You or the family. Hopefully getting Your sister straight on what lies ahead if she does not get her act together will be enough but don't drop the ball.

You could turn her into the child welfare in your state. I'm sure you could find a number in your local telephone book. I know it's hard to turn a family member into the state but you have to think of the children. If your sister is taking drugs,you could be doing everyone a favor.There is help for her also.The first step to do this will be very hard because you will have guilt about doing it.But this needs to be done as all their life's could be in danger. Also the emotional side of it can scar the children for life. Good luck to you in what ever you decide.

learn from her mistake of having children when you cant afford too!!

dont ever get pregnant, get anyone pregnant UNTIL you have a life of your own

report this so these children can have a chance at life with someone that despeately wants a child and cant have them

it is unfair to these children…if your mum is able to help out let her … your neice and nephew will always love you for being there for them

I would call child protective services get those kids outta that situation , those kids don't need to be beat on and tortured that's just plain wrong, otherwise call the police and they will let you remain unanimous, I am a pediatric nurse for 13 years..

I know that it hurts, but keep them away from their mother. You’re sister has already f***** up her own life, don’t let her do the same to theirs.
You are a decent person, and you already know what you SHOULD do. Otherwise, you never would have asked.
Report her to children’s services, if you have to.

you don't want to hurt your sister? She is a big girl, but not her children. They are what is important here. I would call social services and make sure that the kids can stay with family members. Keep VERY close contact with the kids at all times. Call them daily, visit them, have them stay with you as much as they can. The less time they stay in an unhealthy environment, the better. This boyfriend obviously has to go too. The biological father, he shouldn't care what this boyfriend says, he should get the kids anyhow. It is his right as a parent and he would be involved if he was any kind of father to these children.
