You need to have warm socks in your wardrobe in order to keep your feet warm. You cannot study if you have cold wet feet. You should look into getting silk underwear as this is best for the transition of the cold outside to the overheated inside classrooms. You should also make sure that you have warm winter boots and a down winter coat or jacket in order to keep warm. You do not want to catch a bad cold or the flu this will slow down your studies and make life very unbearable. If you inquire with student services sometimes they also know where you are able to get a clothing voucher that will help provide you with the money necessary for your clothes.
